Family Memorabilia

This is my newest page in Rockingham Remembered that I think we
all can relate to. I am looking for the following items: - old photos,
envelopes, postcards, letters, stamps, old ads, business cards, old
newspaper clippings, receipts, etc., or anything that has sentimental
value to you and your family or just old stuff that you feel others
might like to view. You can probably find a lot of these items by
digging back into some of your old stuff at home. You can scan the
items yourself and email them to me at rrjoel@gmail.com. If you
don't have a scanner, you can mail them to me and I will scan them
and mail them back to you. I will then add them to your own Family
Memorabilia page. If you don't get all the items to me at once, that's
ok. I will announce each time you send a new item for your
page.(One note - if I get too much response to this new page, I might
have to limit the number of items I can put on your page - plus,
newest items added will be at the bottom of the particular page).
I myself have just recently collected a lot from my mom's house and
am in the process of scanning all the items for this page. Richmond
County and Rockingham - I hope you will find time to help me with
this page and send me some of your own items for preservation on
this website. - Born and raised in Rockingham and trying to

November 10, 2009 - Sadly, I have discontinued this page. There
was practically no participation in sending info except for myself,
the Watsons and Bill Dennis. There will not be a link in the new
website, Rockingham Memories.net. This page will stay but with
no additions.
